When you’re logged out of Facebook, click Forgotten account. In Reset Your Password window, click No longer have access to these. Enter your new email address or a phone number, and click Continue. From there, you’ll get the instructions on how one of your trusted contacts can help you regain access to your account.

Move your mouse on that account and click the three-dot icon below the profile. And click the Find support or report profile option. Select Something Else and click Next. Click Recover this account and follow the instructions to conduct your Facebook account recovery.
